MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Manufacturing process of netting                                               

 

Step 1: RAW MATERIALS

We use only finest material to manufacture our net with very high strength and very good transparency. The raw material will be tested to meet our premium quality standard, before putting into the next process.

Step 2: EXTRUDING  PROCESS 

Statistical Quality Control is used to analyze and control the process to ensure that the quality of the filament meets our premium quality standard.

Step 3: TWISTING PROCESS/ BRAIDING PROCESS

The filament will be then twisted or braided in this process, by using latest technology. The well-designed twist will ensure the good quality of the twine for both strength or softness.

Step 5: WEAVING PROCESS (Net Knotting and Net Knitting)

The advanced and well-maintain weaving machines are controlled by highly-experienced staff to ensure that the weaved netting will meet our premium quality standard such as tight knot and precise mesh size.

Step 6: CHECKING AND AMENDING

At FOREVER, quality is our primary concern. All of our products will be checked for the physical aspects such as diameter, mesh size, color, length, etc. Therefore, we can ensure that we will deliver only high quality products to our customers.

Step 7:  HEAT SETTING LENGTHWISE OR DEPTHWISE

The nets will be stretched by Depthway or Lengthway through using steam and heat. 

The process of heat setting machine will be controlled by highly-experienced staff to ensure the quality of knot and mesh size of all products.

Step 9: PACKAGING PROCESS

The finished goods will be packed perfectly according to customer's requirement.
